Dr. Louis (Pastor) and Chaplain Brenda McDuffy, husband and wife for over (50) years, raised a large family and pastored 4 churches. As a long time teacher of mathematics, the Bible, and Community Counseling, he left his position as Director of Counseling for the “Stop the Violence Coalition” and worked directly with the New Castle County Community, where he wrote the “New Castle Anti-Crime” and “Pastors on Patrol” Models. In riding and working with Colonel Rick Gregory, Chief of Police of New Castle County, the murder rate dropped by 75%, between 2007-2009. Between 2009-2011, the new Chief of Police, Colonel Mike McGowan, reported that other than three suicides and burglaries, all street crime had disappeared by July, 2011. This program is an extension of our Delaware television show that televised our work with youth and families on the air for 18 years.  Dr. McDuffy is also President of the Hamilton-Eden Park Environmental Civic Association, and as such supervised the largest class action lawsuit against 32 industries, and as a theoretical physicist rewrote man’s understanding of the environment for the EPA and other government entitie over many years. As president of the advisory committee to DNREC he represents the community in a 20-40 year clean up of our contaminated community.
